Print a code for each table and one for the counter. Guests scan it and read your menu in Arabic, English or French, and where your plan includes it, they order from their seat.

Pickup, and your own delivery
Customers choose pickup or delivery. You name the areas you deliver to, each with its own fee and minimum order, and your own drivers take it from there.

Orders on WhatsApp and on a screen
Every order appears on the order screen, on any phone or tablet at the counter. The customer can also send it to your WhatsApp in one tap, from their own number, so you reply as you always have.

Cash first, cards when you are ready
Cash at the table, at pickup or on delivery costs you nothing. When you want to take cards, WataDish collects the payment for you and pays you out by bank transfer.
How it starts
Choose your address, yourname.watadish.com, and open your site in a minute. There is no card to give and nothing to install.
Add your dishes with their prices in dollars. Give your rate once, and the price in Lebanese pounds shows beside each dish.
Then print the QR codes for your tables and your counter, and put your address in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp profile. The next order arrives complete and in writing: the dishes, the address and the total.

Card payments are collected by Amberlock Ltd on its own Stripe account and paid out to you by bank transfer when you ask, once each payment is 7 days old. Stripe does not operate in Lebanon, so a restaurant there cannot take cards on an account of its own.
The commission includes Stripe’s fee for a standard UK card. Stripe charges more for cards issued outside the UK, which is nearly every card in Lebanon: about 1.65% more for an international card, and 2% more when it has to convert the currency. That difference is passed on at cost and shown against each payment.
Cash orders carry no commission, on every plan.
